Refunds
All sales at Unique Bespoke Creations are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase to ensure accurate delivery.
Issues with Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us immediately atmandy@uniqbespokecreations.co.za. Customers have 2 days from the delivery date to inspect their order and notify us of any issues. If we are not contacted within this 2-day period, we may not be able to resolve the issue. We strive to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition and appreciate your prompt communication in case of any concerns. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
