I ordered the Matric survival kit for my daughter. From the start, my questions were answered promptly and professionally. When the item arrived, it looked beautiful and the content was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately the container had a crack on the side. Mandy answered my WhatsApp message on a Sunday and promptly replaced the container the next day! It is not often that one experiences such outstanding customer service! I will definitely use Unique.Bespoke.Creations in the future and can highly recommend them. The Matric Survival kit is also definitely value for money.

I ordered 2 little boards to indicate the rules for the sauna and for the jacuzzi in my boutique hotel. I got very good advices on the various possibilities. Then the boards have been done and delivered very quickly with a stunning result (white vinyl applied on 5mm clear pkexiglass). So nice that I recently ordered 2 additional ones. Thanks a lot for those outstanding acrylic boards.
